One pipeline, two operating systems
The new platform has to run on Windows Server today, Windows containers next and Linux later. I designed the CI/CD so that none of those moves means rebuilding it.

Health checks that paid for themselves during a release
A ~600-hour quarterly release, a two-hour evening window and a fixed rollback deadline. A copied typo nearly cost us the window; the health checks found it.
